eStatements

GO GREEN and help the environment by receiving your bank statements online via Online Banking or Mobile Banking. eStatements are a convenient way to receive an electronic version of your current bank statement. An email will be generated when your eStatement is available to view and download online. eStatements can be received quickly, stored easily, are password protected and can be printed like a traditional bank statement. With eStatements, you’ll never have to worry about misplacing your statement again. Sign up by clicking on the Options tab once you log into Online Banking.

Helpful Hint

You can access the Bill Pay tab once you have logged into Online Banking and have chosen the checking account you select for Bill Pay.

Please note that you must be enrolled in Online Banking and must be 18 years or older to take advantage of this service. The service is automatically removed from your account if not used at least once every 90 days.

Mobile Banking

Access your account information securely anywhere, anytime from the convenience of your mobile phone! Mobile Banking allows you to monitor your accounts with text messaging or a downloadable app (application).

Mobile Banking allows the following types of services from virtually any phone with text capabilities:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Receive "Alerts" on banking transactions

Smart phones using a downloadable APP can also:

  • Transfer funds between accounts within the financial institution
  • Pay bills plus view and modify pending payments
  • Find the nearest branch or ATM
  • Access eStatements
  • Make deposits

Mobile Banking provides access to the same accounts that are viewable through Online Banking – including checking and savings accounts, certificates and loans. Enrollment for Mobile Banking is completed through Online Banking under the Options tab (you may be prompted automatically upon login) or you can download and install the APP.

Installing the App

1.  Search for Premier Bank (Rock Valley)
2.  Install the application
3.  Once downloaded, tap the icon to login
4.  Enter your Access ID and Password
5.  Click "Log In"
6.  Correctly answer the Challenge Question (If needed)

Mobile Deposit

Our mobile deposit service is a convenient way to deposit your checks into your bank account from your mobile phone.

Depositing your checks with your smartphone is easy.  Follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to the Mobile Banking app
  • Select “Deposit”
  • Enter deposit details such as amount and account
  • Take a picture of the front and back of the check
  • Confirm the deposit

What are some good tips for using Mobile Deposit?

  • Make sure all other apps are closed before logging into the Mobile Banking app.
  • Take good pictures of the front and back of the check.
  • Properly endorse the back of the check with your signature AND “For Mobile Deposit.”
  • Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
  • Place the check on a solid dark background.
  • Try not to get too much of the areas surrounding the check. All four corners must be visible.
  • Make sure you use a well-lit area.
  • Keep your phone flat and steady so the image is not blurry. Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce skew.
  • Carefully enter the check amount to ensure it matches the amount written on your check.
  • Know your deposit check amount limits and daily deposit limits.
  • Keep your deposited check for 30 days. 
  • Deposits may be submitted any time of day, weekend or holiday. 

What is the cut-off time for Mobile Deposit?

  • Deposits sent using Mobile Deposit may be “submitted” any time of day, weekend or holiday. However, deposits received by us after the daily cut-off time for mobile deposits will be deposited the next business day, provided that the deposit meets all requirements. Deposits submitted on holidays or weekends will also be deposited the next business day, provided it meets all requirements.
  • The daily cut off for electronic deposits under $600.01 is 6:00 pm central time on normal business days. Electronic deposits $600.01 and higher will post the same business day if deposited prior to 4:00 pm on business days or next business day if deposited after 4:00 pm central time and is subject to change without notice to you.

Set up your real time SecureAlerts:

1.  Log on to Online Banking. Select Alerts.
2.  Click each Category in Alert Options to view the list of available alerts.
3.  Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive them, and Save.

You’ll now receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered. It’s that simple.
